Although he's far away from home, Danny Canales '24 is finding his on-campus family at the Lubin School of Business. Not only is the native Los Angeleno building a network within our Arts and Entertainment Management program, but he is also creating a community within several organizations that promote culture, the arts, and athletics.

Kasama Star ’23 grew up in a single parent immigrant household, moving from Thailand to Queens when she was 7 years old. After completing her undergraduate degree, MBA, and taking time off to raise her family, it was the murder of George Floyd that motivated Kasama to apply to Haub Law. Three years later, Kasama feels that Haub Law has provided her with top tier opportunities, experiences, and resources. After taking the bar exam, she will begin her legal journey as a litigation associate at a NYC firm.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ alum Erika Ziemak and reappointed Jeffrey Barnard, M.D., Mark Daniel, Sarah Kerrigan, Ph.D., and Jarvis Parsons to the Texas Forensic Science Commission for terms set to expire on September 1, 2025.

Between his desire to constantly learn new things and the knowledge he gained as a Lubin student, Steven is now successfully taking on the world of human resources at his new job as Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring the prospective and current employees are getting the best experience possible.

Not only does she welcome feedback from her managers, but she's also not afraid to ask questions, learn new things, and take on challenges...And she isn't just a leader at Cisco. This fall, Samantha will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾'s on-campus chapter of the American Marketing Association. Equipped with her experience from Cisco, Samantha is ready to take AMA to the next level.
